PLAYA - USE AND MAINTENANCE
Insert the end of the flexible hose filled with water into the hole on the plate
taking care to lift as little as possible.
Once the mud-suction broom is triggered, it should be used as a normal vacuum
cleaner. It is advisable to move slowly on the bottom in order to prevent dirt from
rising until it has been properly aspirated.
After cleaning the bottom, switch off the pump and disconnect the mud-suction
broom from the skimmer. Before to turn on the pump verify whether it is necessary
to clean the filter, as indicated in section 9 of this manual.
11. WINTER CLOSURE
The setup of the mini-pool PLAYA for the winter closure (prolonged period of non-
use) provides the full emptying of the tank and hence the compliance with the
steps shown below:
1) APPLICATION SECURITY
Remove electric current to the mini-pool PLAYA before passing to the following
points.
2) EMPTYING THE POOL
Proceed with the emptying of PLAYA. In the case of PLAYA in BUBBLES and HEATER
AND BUBBLES versions, also proceed with the emptying of the hollow chamber and
the air cushion.
3) OPERATIONS ON SYSTEMS
Open the technical installation locker place on the head of PLAYA, proceed to
empty the system by removing the suction and discharge pipes. Remove and
clean the filter provided and retain it for the reopening of the tank. For the filter
cleaning use the appropriate detergent FILTER CLEANER and FILTER CLEANER
POWDER Piscine Laghetto. Empty and clean the strainer basket provided.
4) TANK CLEANING CLOTH
Proceed to an accurate cleaning of the PLAYA cloth, using a cleaner / degreaser
product (HARD CLEANER Piscine Laghetto or DEGREASING LIQUID Piscine Laghetto).
In case of limescale presence on the cloth, use the an acid cleaning product
DISINCRUSTANT EXTRA LIQUID Piscine Laghetto.
After cleaning thoroughly dry the sheet in all its parts. It is advisable to apply
with a sponge an antifungal product, WINTERING or NO FOAM ANTI-ALGAE Piscine
Laghetto directly on the cloth. Then, dry everything well.
5) PLAYA COVERAGE
Now it is possible to proceed with the coverage of the pool with the original
standard cover for PLAYA. In case of outdoor installation, periodically empty
the cover from the rainwater that can accumulate and remove any snow or dirt
deposited above.
