Procedure for setting the edge disabling point
1. Enter the programming mode by holding the MENU key and

2. Set the parameter to
.
3. Make any other necessary settings and then exit the
programming mode.
4. Bring the door to fully open position using the remote control
or the button connected to terminal L1.
5. Place a solid object (maximum height 5 cm) under the door so
as to activate the safety edge in the last section of the lowering
phase.
6. Enable door closing (you can use the Start/Down control,
Lo1
depending on parameter
starts opening again.
NOTE: For all subsequent closing phases, if the sensitive edge
is enabled before the door reaches the position in which the
obstacle was placed, the door opens again; if the safety edge is
enabled beyond that position, the door continues to close.
7. Perform several opening and closing cycles to check that the
obstacles are properly detected and make sure the door closes
even if the edge presses against the floor.
Cancelling the function
If you want to restore the normal operating conditions, enter the
programming mode and set the option
door will open each time the sensitive edge is enabled during the
closing phase, regardless of the position of the door.
Changing the start disabling position of the edge
If the disabling point is incorrectly positioned during the test
phase (too high: low obstacles will not be detected; too low: the
door reopens when it touches the floor), you need to change it
by cancelling the function, exiting the programming mode and
repeating the setup procedure from the beginning.
CAUTION: If, for some reason, the first closing cycle after setting
In6
the
parameter (point 6 of the procedure) gets interrupted
or ends without performing the inversion due to sensitive edge
activation, the disabling start point will not be detected. In this
case you need to enter the programming mode again and repeat
the entire procedure.
