Deploy the fibers from the illuminator to the location of the proposed wall.
Lay the fibers between brick courses (A) or between the masonry pieces, ensuring that at least 4" (10cm) project from
the wall's face (B). Set the fibers in the mortar between courses (C), continue laying the bricks (D) and make good to all
finishes taking care not to disturb the fibers while the mortar cures.

Coloque las fibras entre las hiladas de ladrillos (A) o entre las piezas de mampostería. Las fibras deben proyectar al me-
nos 4" (10cm) de la cara vista del muro (B). Recoja las fibras en el mortero entre hiladas (C), continúe colocando piezas
(D) y limpie la obra sin mover las fibras hasta que el mortero se endurezca al tacto.
Once the mortar has sufficiently hardened, trim the fibers flush with the wall surface using a sharp (A) blade or the type of
pliers used for electronic work. Standard pliers or cutters shouldn't be used; their pyramid jaws squash the fibers before
cutting and thus reduce the light intensity.
For a perfect finish, in particular when building fine walls, polish the fiber ends as detailed on 1.1.4.
Cuando el mortero haya fraguado, corte las fibras a ras de la superficie (A) con una hoja afilada o el tipo de alicates usado
para trabajos en electrónica. No se deben utilizar alicates o tenazas corrientes ya que las mordazas con forma piramidal,
machacan las fibras antes del corte y así reducen la luminosidad.
Para un remate perfecto en muros de acabado excepcional, pula los finales de fibra en la forma descrita en 1.1.4.
