Thoroughly brush the concrete slab free of dust or other particles (A).
Apply a binding coat (B) if specified by site management.
Pour a 20mm self-leveling or thixotropic screed (C) as directed by site management.
Trowel over or feather to guarantee homogeneous thickness and make good to all edge fihishes (D).
Compruebe que la solera está libre de polvo, suciedad o cualquier partícula suelta (A).
Aplique sobre la solera una capa de imprimación (B) si ha sido especificada por la dirección técnica.
Vierta una capa autonivelante o tixotrópica (C) según la especificación del proyecto o la dirección técnica.
Alise o allane para garantizar uniformidad en el grosor, cuidando las entregas a los paramentos verticales (D).
Check that the screed is thoroughly, walking-over dry, usually after twenty-four hours (A).
Remove the upper tie from all fiber supports (B) with sharp cutting pliers (the small pliers used in electronics are ideally
suited for this task).
Carefully bend the fiber clear from the support (C).
Cut the support flush with the screed with sharp wire cutters (D). This is the most delicate operation of the installation, as
great care must be exercised to avoid nicking the fiber.
Compruebe que la capa de nivelación ha fraguado lo suficiente para soportar el tráfico de operarios (A), por regla general
una vez transcurridas veinticuatro horas.
Elimine la brida superior con alicates de corte bien afilados (B) (los pequeños alicates para usos en electrónica están
especialmente indicados).
Corte el soporte a ras de la capa de nivelación con alicates de corte bien afilados (D). Esta es la operación más delicada
en toda la instalación ya que hay que tener mucho cuidado para no dañar las fibras ni su revestimiento.
