Symbol Meaning
SYS Systolic Blood Pressure—The 'top' blood pressure result
Diastolic Blood Pressure—The 'bottom' blood pressure result

Pulse Rate—Pulse rate per minute during the measurement

Millimeter of Mercury—Unit of blood pressure measurement for this
device
Low Battery—Battery life indicator
Pulse Reading—Appears when pulse reading is displayed.
Irregular Heartbeat Symbol—An irregular heartbeat was detected
during the measurement
User 1/User 2—Indicates which user is active
Average—The display shows the average of all measurements in
memory
AM Average / PM Average—The display shows the average of all
measurements taken within AM or PM time constraints
Memory—The display shows the measurements
stored in memory
