1 Identification

The BRS-LCi PLC torch cleaning station is used in industry and the trade for the sole purpose of cleaning the gas nozzle
interior of MIG/MAG welding torches in the automated welding system. The BRS-LCi PLC serves as a preventive measure
to extend the service life of torches and enable longer maintenance intervals.
The BRS-LCi PLC consists of:
• Cleaning unit
• Injection jig
• Wire cutting device (DAV) (optional)
These operating instructions describe the BRS-LCi PLC torch cleaning station only. This must only be operated using original
ABICOR BINZEL spare parts.

been affixed to the product, if required.
