BRS LCi PLC
6.9 Connecting the pneumatic system
A compressed-air hose with a min. inner width of ø 8mm is required as a supply line. This is fastened to the assembly stand's
connection plate by a screw connection (not included). A shut-off valve in the supply line is recommended. This allows the
BRS-LCi PLC to be quickly and simply depressurized in order to carry out any installation and maintenance work.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to unexpected start
The following instructions must be adhered to during all maintenance, servicing, assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• The BRS-LCi PLC torch cleaning station must remain without pressure until installation is complete.
NOTICE
• The DAV's cutting capacity depends on the operating pressure, the number of revolutions of the motor and the
atomization of the anti-spatter fluid. Use a test run to determine the best settings.
