3.4 Signs and symbols used
• The following signs and symbols are used in the operating instructions:

4 Scope of delivery

• Fully assembled BRS-LCi PLC torch cleaning station
• Anti-spatter fluid (1 liter bottle)
• 1 distance sleeve for gas nozzles with a nominal
diameter of up to 15.5 mm
• 1 distance sleeve for gas nozzles with a nominal
diameter of up to 21 mm

NOTICE
• A clamping prism and a reamer are required for the initial set-up and to make the torch cleaning station functional.
These depend on the torch and gas nozzle geometry.
• The DAV comes attached to the BRS. The system operator must provide a suitable control unit. The solenoid valve
required for control is not provided.

Although the items delivered are carefully checked and packaged, it is not possible to fully exclude the risk of transport

4.2 Storage
Physical storage conditions in a closed environment:

Use the delivery note to check that everything has been delivered.
Check the delivery for damage (visual inspection).
If the delivery has been damaged during transportation, contact the last carrier immediately.
Retain the packaging for potential inspection by the carrier.
