· DO NOT mix oil with gasoline.
· DO NOT modify engine to run on alternate fu-
els. Mix in a fuel stabilizer when adding fuel to
machine (at least 1 time every 6 months) to pro-
tect fuel system from forming gum deposits. The
engine is certified to run on gasoline.
WARNING: Fuel and fuel vapor are extremely
flammable and explosive. Fire or explosion from
misuse of fuel can cause severe burns and even
death.
STARTING THE POWER TROWEL
1. Open the fuel valve.
2. If the engine is cold, move the choke lever to
"close" position. If the engine is hot, set choke
at "open" position.
3. Move the throttle lever slightly to the left.
4. Pull the starter grip gently until resistance is
felt, then pull briskly.
NOTE: If the engine oil level is low, the engine
will not run.
NOTE: If engine does not run, check the oil level
and add oil if needed.
5. Leave the engine run idle for 5 minutes for
warm-up.
6. Open the throttle fully to operate this plate
compactor.
STOP ENGINE
1. Reduce the engine RPM to idle by moving
throttle completely to the right.
2. Press stop button until engine stops com-
pletely.
3. Close the fuel valve.
BEFORE OPERATION
All safety instructions must be read and ob-
served clearly before starting to operate; lack of
clarity may cause troubles of the equipment and
causes personal injury.
• Check all bolts, nuts and belts and tighten it if
there is any looseness.
• Check the oil level. If the oil level is low, add
fresh oil.
• Refill gasoline (Unleaded gasoline) if needed.
OPERATION
CAUTION: Each time the high-speed op-
eration is not required, reduce engine speed to
2500 ~ 3000 rpm by moving the speed control
10
lever to save fuel and prolong engine life and
trowel and to avoid injury.
CAUTION: If the engine has been running
strongly, do not stop abruptly at full load. Re-
duce the speed (load) and let the engine run at
idle for a few minutes.
MAINTENANCE
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Regular maintenance will improve the perfor-
mance and extend the life of the trowel.
· Some adjustments will need to be made peri-
odically to properly maintain your machine.
The following chart is based on the normal op-
eration schedule.
1. Dust off the engine and the body of the trow-
el to clean after each use.
2. Cover up with dry cloth completely for stor-
age.
3. Carry the periodic inspection.
CAUTION: The engine switch must be turned
off for dismantle the equipment.
