should be set 25°F (15°C) lower than recipe directions.
• Some glass baking or casserole dishes are not countertop-
or toaster oven-safe. Check pan manufacturer's directions for
oven-safe rating.

foil. This will cause overheating of the oven. Use of aluminum
foil to cover a casserole during cooking is acceptable.
