Step 10: Attach the top panel [A] to the unit as shown in Fig. I with 10 connector
screws [W].
Step 11: Insert shelves [E] in the unit as shown in Fig. J.
Step 12: Attach cable hole cover [S] to panel B. See Fig. K.
Step 13: Attach 4 door hinges [T] to left and right door [G and H] with
8 hinges screws [U]. See Fig. L.

Step 14: Attach left and right door [G and H] to panels I and J with 8 hinge screws [U].
See Fig. M.
Step 15: Carefully place the insert into the unit opening from the back of the mantel. The
front of insert should be flush with the front of the mantel. See Fig. N.

Step 16: Once the insert is in place, attach 2 L – mounting brackets [Va] with 2 short
screws [Vb] onto base panel [D] (1 screw for each bracket). See Fig. O.

Step 17: Tighten all screws.
Step 18: Carefully move the assembled unit to the desired location. The fireplace mantel
should not be positioned in area exposed to direct sunlight.
OPERATION
After reading complete instructions, confirm all controls on fireplace are in the OFF
position. Plug the fireplace into a 15 AMP/120 Volt outlet. If the cord does not reach, you
may use an extension cord rated for a minimum of 1875 WATTS. Once the fireplace insert
has been properly connected to a grounded electrical outlet, it is ready to operate.
