ered under warranty, but not
limited to just these items:
1. acts of God, fire, water
damage, burglary, accident,
theft, vandalism;
2. freight damage;
3. improper installation or
alteration of equipment;
4. use of generic or after-
market parts;
5. repairs made by anyone
other than a Van Berkel des-
ignated servicer;
6. periodic maintenance of
equipment including but not
limited to lubrication and
sharpening, and other adjust-
ments required due to instal-
lation set-up or normal wear;
7. replacement of worn
blades, knives, stones, knobs,
accessories, and miscellane-
ous expendable supply items;
8. cleaning of equipment;
9. misuse or abuse.
