1) Set the display as shown on the left side in due order
from the service mode.
Press (+) switch 1 three times.
2) When (+) switch 1 is pressed three times, [U1.0] and [
noP] are displayed.
After changing the display, press (▲) switch 3 once to
determine the setting.
Turn ON the power again, and confirm that the short stitch
does not operate. When it operates, Do over again the
operation of steps 1) and 2).
Changing procedure to the function setting mode
1) Pressing (+) switch 1, turn ON the power.
Detach your finger from (+) switch 1 when the display
as shown on the left side has appeared.
2) Press (▲) and(▼) switches, 2and 3, to scroll up to [
38] and [2500]. 2500 rpm at the time of delivery is
displayed.
Press (+) and (−) switches, 1 and 4, to change the
number of revolutions.
(Note) For the adjusting range, it can be adjusted within
the range of 150 rpm to 6,500 rpm. However, set the
commendable maximum number of revolutions to
3,000 rpm since the stitch length becomes small in
case of the short stitch.However, it is no problem to
increase the number of revolutions when sewing
trouble such as thread breakage, stitch skipping, etc.
at the seams of the short stitch section does not
occur.
3) After setting the number of revolutions, press (▼) switch
3 once to determine the number of revolutions, and turn
OFF the power.
Turn ON the power again and confirm that the number
of revolutions of the short stitch has been changed.
