Die Pumpe ist selbststartend. Zum ersten Starten die Luftzufuhr anschliessen, dabei den Fettauslauf offen lassen. Langsam
den Druck mit Hilfe des Manometers von 0 auf den benötigten Druck erhöhen. Sobald Fett an allen Auslaufstellen austritt, ist
die Pumpe in Funktion.
Die Pumpe beginnt zu arbeiten, sobald ein Abgabeventil geöffnet wird. Z. B. eine Fettpistole.
Es ist wichtig, daß das Fussventil nicht mit Schmutz in Berührung kommt. Dies kann zu ernsthaften
Achtung:
Beschädigungen an den Dichtungen führen.

Possible Reasons
No suitable air supply pressure
Some outlet circuit element is clogged or
closed.
The circlip (29) of the trip shoe guide is
dislodged.
There is an air pocket in the grease inlet
area.
The drum is empty or the grease level is
beneath the suction tube inlet.
There is a grease leakage at some point
in the circuit.
Contamination in the upper valve.
Contamination in the foot valve.
Grease has passed over to the air motor
caused by scratched piston rod (33) or
worn or damaged seals (44).
Damaged or worn quad-rings [(31),
(35)], or scratched piston assembly.
The air seal (23) of the inverter
assembly is damaged or worn.

Posibles causas

Presión de suministro de aire no adecuada.
Algún elemento del circuito de salida está
obstruido o cerrado.
El anillo de seguridad (29) del conductor de
una de las levas se ha salido de su lugar.
Se ha creado bolsas de aire alrededor de la
zona de succión de la bomba.
El depósito esta vacío o el nivel esta por
debajo del tubo de succión.
Existe fuga de grasa en algún punto del
circuito.
Válvula de impulsión no
impurezas.
Válvula inferior no cierra por impurezas o
por deterioro.
La grasa ha pasado al motor de aire
causado por vástago (33)
desgaste o deterioro de las juntas del
inserto (44).
Juntas [(31), (35)] del pistón gastadas o
dañadas, o el conjunto pistón rallado.
La junta de aire (23) del conjunto inversor
gastada o dañada.
Solutions
Increase the air supply pressure
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Correct or replace the circlip (29).
Stir and repack the grease.
Replace the drum or insert the suction
tube until the inlet reaches the grease
level.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Disassemble and
damaged.
Disassemble and

Verify the piston rod (33) and replace
damaged/ worn parts.
Replace the quad-rings [(31), (35)], and/
or replace the piston assembly.
