This pump is self–priming. To prime it the first time, you must connect the air supply to the pump and slowly increase the air
pressure from 0 to the desired pressure using a pressure regulator, while keeping the outlet valve (ex. an fluid control gun)
opened. Once fluid starts to come out through the gun, the pump is primed.

presión lentamente desde 0 bares a la presión deseada con el regulador de presión, manteniendo la válvula de salida (Ej. una

Cette pompe est auto-amorçante. Pour l'amorcer pour la première fois, il est conseillé de brancher l'alimentation en air à la
pompe et d'augmenter progressivement la pression d'air à partir de 0 bar jusqu'à atteindre la pression désirée à l'aide du
régulateur de pression et ce, tout en maintenant la vanne d'arrêt de sortie de fluide ouverte (par exemple, une poignée de
distribution). La pompe sera donc amorcée dès que le fluide commencera à sortir de la poignée de distribution.

Symptoms
The pump is not working or there is no
fluid delivery.
The pump runs very fast and no fluid is
being delivered.
The pump runs on continuously after
the fluid outlet is closed.
Fluid is leaking through the exhaust

The oil delivery is less than it used to
be, or the flow is very uneven.
The pump operates only one cycle but
then stops.

Possible Reasons
Not enough air supply pressure.
Some outlet line component is clogged
or closed.
The drum is empty or the fluid level is
beneath the suction hose inlet.
There is a fluid leakage in some point
of the outlet circuit.
Fluid has by-passed to the air side
caused by worn or damaged liquid
packing.
The pump piston is scratched.
The piston seal is worn or damaged.
The pump piston is scratched.
The air piston is worn or damaged.
Contamination in the foot valve.
Worn or damaged lower plunger.
The pump tube is scratched.
The top spring is damaged.

Solutions
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Replace the drum or lower the suction
hose until the inlet reaches the oil level.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Replace the liquid packing.
Replace the pump piston.
Dismount and clean. Replace if
damaged.
Replace the pump piston.
Replace the air piston.
Dismount and clean. Replace if
damaged.
Replace the lower plunger.
Replace the pump tube.
Replace the top spring.
Soluciones
Incremente la presión de suministro de
aire.
Limpie o abra el circuito de salida.
Sustituir el bidón o calar la manguera
de succión hasta llegar al nivel del
fluido.
Verificar y apretar o reparar.
Sustituir el conjunto empaquetadura.
