Caster Installation for Slim Mobile Pedestals

1.
Lay the unit on its back or top.
2.
Remove the caster kit from the drawer. The locking
casters go on the front.
3.
While installing the caster, angle the plate to go over
emboss 1 & 2 and then under the formed lance.
4.
Position the caster plate so emboss 1 & 2 are in the
obround holes in the caster plate.
5.
Install one (1) T20 torx drive pan head screw.
6.
Repeat steps 3 thru 5 for the rest of the casters.
7.
Position outerhead wheel on outerhead, align holes
to wheel.
8.
Install outerhead wheel using two (2)
T20 torx drive pan head screws.
9.
If installing a cushion, remove backing
on hook & loop pads, set cushion in
place being sure to keep flush with
front and sides. If misaligned,
seperate from unit and
reset cushion.
