LINK/Iris Pairing Mode:
®
When the door batteries are first installed, the blue light will start blinking 2 times every 2 seconds
indicating the SmartDoor
hub. If not, press MODE-RESET button 5 times within 5 seconds to reset your SmartDoor
Pairing Mode.
To Pair with Iris
®
1. Ensure your SmartDoor
seconds (see "LINK/Iris Pairing Mode").
2. Log into your Iris account at www.lowes.com/iris using a computer.
3. Follow the instructions in the "Add Device" section of the Iris website.
4. When it successfully pairs with Iris, the blue light on the SmartDoor
stop.
5. You can now control your SmartDoor
applications.
If pairing to your Iris system is still unsuccessful after 40 minutes, the SmartDoor
will stop flashing and the pet door will default to normal operation as a regular SmartDoor
If pairing is unsuccessful, try to pair your SmartDoor
attempts if pairing to Iris is still unsuccessful, please contact Lowe's
www.lowes.com/iris/support or calling 1-855-469-IRIS (4747).
Note:
If you do not pair to an Iris smart hub, your SmartDoor
like a normal SmartDoor
and monitor your SmartDoor
as explained previously.
To Test if Communicating with Iris
You can test if your SmartDoor
website. Locate the "Test" feature on the Iris website for the SmartDoor

To Remove SmartDoor
Your SmartDoor can be removed from your Iris system using the Iris website.
