Before putting the unit into operation, it is
advisable to read all the instructions indicated
below carefully.
Likewise, accident prevention rules, regulations
and guidelines for work centres and current
laws and restrictions must be taken into
account.
The unit must be used only by personnel who
have been trained adequately in their handling,
and only for the uses for which it has been
designed.
For all repairs, disconnect the unit from the
compressed air network.
Premises must be well ventilated and there
must not be any direct exposure to flames
(cigarettes, lamps, etc.) when spraying a
product.
2.1. ABSORPTION AND DISCHARGE

Normal operating system.
POSITION V
Depressurising the pressure pot. With the filling
mouth open it absorbs the product.
This valve has three functions: It depressurises
the pressure pot, absorbs product and works
under the normal operating system.

1. SAFETY

Use approved breathing units.
Use goggles and ear protectors.
The use of products containing halogenous
hydrocarbons may cause chemical reactions
in the form of explosions.
Before operation, the equipment and its
accessories must be cleaned with solvent in
order to eliminate the protective treatment
applied before packaging.
Non compliance with the indications contained
in this manual may cause incidents affecting
the physical safety of the user or other people
or animals.

2.2. SAFETY VALVE

This valve operates by removing the
pressurised air that exceeds the pressure set
for the pressure pot. Do not knock or
manipulate this valve and check that it operates
correctly on a periodic basis.
