4) In a standing position, hold the
Axia Vibro Kettlebell with your arm
bent, tilt your body to one side.
Raise your arm while with the
other hand try to touch the leg to
the raised arm.
5) Hold the Axia Vibro Kettlebell with
both hands, lift one foot and try to
bend down, keeping your foot in
the air.
6) Hold the Axia Vibro Kettlebell with
one hand, bend your legs until the
unit just touches the ground, lift it
back up to the shoulder area.
7) Crouch and hold the Axia Vibro
Kettlebell with one hand, lift the
device up to the chest area and
stretch your arms out, finally raise
your arm above your head, return
to the starting position.
8) Crouch down and hold the Axia
Vibro Kettlebell, lift it up to the
chest area. Stand, extend and
bend your arm. Hold the position.
9) Lie on the floor, stretch your arm
up with Axia Vibro Kettlebell.
Change position so you are sitting,
raise your arm above your head
and finally kneel on one knee and
stretch the other arm out.
