- Make the hydraulic connections. Too many bends in the
tubes can cause them to break. The water flow direction is
indicated on the unit pipes.
- Connect the condensate drain connection to the drainage line,
and make sure it works.
- Insulate the pipes properly.
- Position the FCWI unit on the template, after passing the pipes
through the hole and into the raceways in the wall. Check the
fan coil is "level", both vertically and horizontally.
- When all these operations have been completed (electric and
hydraulic connections, fixing of the fan coil, and condensate

discharge connection), close the hole in the wall with a
suitable filling material.
- Bleed the unit via the heat exchanger valve.
- Complete the reassembly of the unit components, making
sure that no installation material residue is blocking the fan or
obstructing the filters or grilles.
- After completing the installation, perform a fan coil operating
test.
