NOTICE
• Only if the cable assembly connection (4) has been correctly inserted can it be fastened
properly with the fastening screw (11).
1 Open the lock ring (2).
2 Unscrew the fastening screw (11) from the welding torch interface (9) until the screw head
and washer (10) make contact.
3 Introduce the cable assembly (5) from behind through the robot (3).
4 Insert the cable setting tool (1) from the front through the iSTM and the robot (3) and screw
it into the cable assembly connection (4) as far as it will go.
5 Position the cable assembly connection (4) by means of the positioning pin (8) and the
groove of the welding torch interface (9).
6 Pull in the cable assembly connection (4) as far as it will go and secure it with a fastening
screw (11). Max. tightening torque M= 7.5 Nm. Observe the forced positioning.
7 Unscrew the cable setting tool (1).
