PRE COMMISSIONING CHECK
Refer to the design diagram for the correct air flows before starting the commissioning procedure. See figure 5.
NOTE: make sure that the intake and extraction flow rates are as balanced as possible, compatibly with the design data.
NOTE: If changes must be made to conform to different system specifications, the following adjustments can be made as
described.
NOTE: Once the machine is connected to the power supply, keep the button in Fig. A pressed for 2 seconds until the LED
on the potentiometer goes off to start the Filter dirt signal system.
AIR EXTRACTION ADJUSTMENT
Check the standard flow rate and the boost flow rate of the fans before each adjustment.
INSTALLER MODE
Press the installation mode switch to start installer mode.
When the installer mode is ready, the red LED indicator will start to flash every second. The extraction and supply fans can
now be adjusted.
The red LED will stop flashing when the installer mode is exited.
MINIMUM SPEED ADJUSTMENT 1
Set the unit in installer mode.
To adjust the basic flow settings, turn on the PCB of the appliance (fig.2b) RV1 (extraction fan) and RV2 (intake fan) clockwise
to increase the air flow rate, and anti-clockwise to reduce it.
Get out from installer mode.
MEDIUM SPEED ADJUSTMENT 2
Ensure unit is out of installer mode.
Put the switch of the control box in position 2 (fig.p).
Turn the trimmer 2: MID of the control box clockwise
to increase the air flow rate, and anti-clockwise to
reduce it (fig.13).
MAXIMUM SPEED ADJUSTMENT 3
Ensure unit is out of installer mode.
Put the switch of the control box in position 3 (fig.p).
Turn the trimmer 3: MAX of the control box clockwise
to increase the air flow rate, and anti-clockwise to
reduce it (fig.13).
