These operations are in addition to the Maintenance and Periodic Cleaning Operations as specified in Chapter 5.
The following maintenance and check-up operations sould be carried out by a qualified technician.
The time required for the periodic maintenance is determinated by the quantity of daily work and/or hot drinks consumption.
N.B. These periodic maintenance operations are not covered by warranty.
▪ Drain and refresh boiler water
▪ Replace steam wand ball
fitting o-rings
▪ Check/note water hardness
(Water quality must be within the
range of parameters specified
in the chapter on Installation,
otherwise warranty is voided)
▪ Inspect water inlet solenoid
▪ Inspect electrical wiring
▪ Inspect boiler safety switches
▪ Remove and clean/inspect
boiler temperature probes
▪ Accurate control of the
tightness at 2,4Nm of each
▪ Check the condition of the inside of boilers and if necessary rinse out with a proper cleaning product allowed for food and beverage
appliances
