Footrest Repair /
Replacement
1.
Using a wide tipped tool such as
a large flat tipped screwdriver,
carefully pry the edge of the traction
ring apart from the plastic lower (1a).
An audible click should be heard that
is the snap fit tubes disengaging
from the lower. Remove traction
ring (1b).
IF YOU ONLY NEED TO REPLACE
THE TRACTION RING, SKIP
AHEAD TO STEP 5.

With the traction ring removed,
remove five (5) M6 screws.

With the top of the footrest
upside down, align the notch in the
center plate to the key feature.
4.
Next, nest the lower plastic to
the assembly and align the assembly
holes in the lower with the screw
bosses in the upper.
5.
Finally align the snap-fit bosses
in the traction ring to the assembly
holes in the lower and firmly press
into place until the edges appear
flush to the lower plastic housing.
