To rehand the indicator:
A. Remove the E-Clip.
B. Disassemble the indicator.

INDICATOR HANDING
A. Determine the door's handing from outside.
B. Check indicator handing with indicator positioned against top rim of reinforcement plate.

C. Reorient the cam.
•
Unlock the door.
•
Position the indicator against the top rim of the reinforcement
plate (unlocked position).
•
Position the cam as shown on charts above.
L Use OUTSIDE or INSIDE chart according to indicator side.
D. Replace the E-Clip.
