A2 = OVERLOAD: The motor inner temperature is very high, so the motor gets locked. It starts again as soon as the
temperature drops. The alarm is shown by means of a A2.
This problem usually takes place when the operator tries repeatedly to cut very thick branches.
A3= MAX TEMP: The motor outer temperature is very high. COBRA gets locked at 68°C and starts working again at 64°C,
while PONY gets locked at 73°C and starts working again at 69°C. Before re-starting, it is necessary that the temperature
drops. The alarm is shown by means of a A3.
This problem usually takes place when the operator carries out very quick consecutive cuts.
IMPORTANT!
When the motor temperature goes beyond 60- 62°C, the shear power has an automatic 5% loss.

5.2 Use of the tool

WARNING!
Always wear adequate and suitable safety clothing for the work to be carried out. Wear a protective helmet, avoid
loose clothing, ties, necklaces, belts or long hair, if not properly tied, which could get caught in moving parts.
When holding the tool in your hand, perform the following operations:
a) Carefully put a branch between the blades, then pull the trigger (15) and cut the branch.
b) Once the branch has been cut, release the the trigger (15) to open the blades and repeat the operation a).
WARNING!
The battery charge value is approximate. It is recommended to recharge it at the end of each work day.
WARNING!
If a recommended check is not carried out by a Campagnola Authorised Service Point, the product warranty
becomes void (see par. 1.5).

5.3 Stopping the shear

When it is not used, the shear shall be put into its holster (5) with closed blades (19). Therefore, keep the trigger (15) pulled
for 5 seconds to engage the STOP mode, then switch the battery off by means of the switch (11).
WARNING!
Do not perform an overpressure on the trigger (15). It would not increase the cutting power.

5.4 Battery recharge and battery charger function

Recharge the battery every day.
The recharge cycle is over when the battery led light (9) is off and the charger led light (34) is green.
The necessary time for a complete recharge cycle is 7-8 hours.

manual.
WARNING!
After inserting the battery charger male connector (34) into the female connector (8), put the battery front part onto
the bearing surface (see par. 4.1.2).
WARNING!
Use the battery-charger only indoors, in a dry place
