1st Menu : It can be entered keeping the display button (22) pressed for about 1 second.
Variuos information will appear in sequence and very quickly: software version – shear version - SAFE
Note: If no shear is connected, the E1 CABL error will appear.
Press in sequence to change the modes:
Proportional cut: The operator fully controls the blade (17) opening and closing movements . The blade (17) either moves or
stops according to his finger movements pulling the trigger (15). This mode guarantees the operators' maximum safety.
Therefore, it is recommended to choose it for at least 5 or 6 days, until the operator gains the necessary confidence.
100% Automatic: The blade (17) fully opens and closes automatically. It only requires a light pressure on the trigger (15).
This mode allows to cut in the fastest way. It is recommended to choose it only after the operator has got well trained.
70% Automatic: The blade (17) opens 70% and closes automatically thanks to a light pressure on the trigger (15). This
mode allows to cut in the fastest way. It is recommended to choose it only after the operator has got well trained.
40% Automatic: The blade (17) opens 40% and closes automatically thanks to a light pressure on the trigger (15). This
mode allows to cut in the fastest way. It is recommended to choose it only after the operator has got well trained.
IMPORTANT!
AUTO70 and AUTO40 allow to fully (100%) open the blade (17) by quickly pulling the trigger (15).
This way the shear will carry out a 100% automatic cut and then go back to the previously selected mode.
STOP: This mode engages manually by keeping the trigger (15) pulled for 5 seconds and gets disengaged by pulling the
trigger (15) two times in a row.
SAFE: This mode engages as soon as the battery is switched on and gets disengaged by pulling the trigger (15) two times in
a row.
2nd menu: It can be reached keeping the display button (22) pressed for 2-3 seconds.
You will sequentially read:
Shear working temperature: Temperature degrees. This value can only be read.
Visualization of the total cuts number: It shows the quantity of the cuts performed by the connected shear. This value can
only be read.
Press the display button (22) till the "tot" function, The number will appear and pass through till the complete visualization.
