Instructions & Warnings
This apparatus is exclusively designed for the application of
GARDEN PHYTOSANITARY products, BIOLOGICAL CONTROL
products and for the application of the FORMULAE presented
or proposed by the manufacturer in the formulae booklet
accompanying this product, or on the manufacturer's website.
The quantities of each ingredient in the FORMULAE must be
strictly respected. Comply with the instructions for use provided
by the manufacturer of these solutions. You MUST consult the
manufacturer for any other application.
IMPORTANT: This apparatus must not contain or be used
to spray chlorine, solvents, of acetone-based or acid-based
products (except product used in the recipes booklet
accompanying this product). Nor should it be used for the
application of bleach or disinfectants.
Spray compatible with vinegar-based products authorised
for sale on the Swedish market such as Kraft Attika - List
available at www.kemi.se.
• Check that the apparatus operates correctly by checking
there are no leaks with several litres of water in the reservoir.
• The apparatus must not be used or stored at temperatures
under 5°C or over 40°C, neither during the winter or during the
rest of the year.
• The solution to be sprayed must not exceed 25°C.
• Only use in calm weather (no wind).
• Do not use explosive, acidic, and/or corrosive products in the
sprayer.
• Do not spray in the direction of flames or other heat sources.
• Wear protective clothing, protective gloves, protective goggles
and a protective mask.
• Do not smoke, eat or drink during use.
• Do not spray in the direction of other people or pets.
• Keep other people and pets at a reasonable distance from the
apparatus when spraying.
• Help protect the environment, only spray surfaces to be
treated.
• Never remove a part of the sprayer without having previously
released the pressure.
• This apparatus must not be used by individuals suffering from
fatigue or illness, or by any person under the influence of
alcohol, drugs or other medication.
• In order to prevent all risks of plug formation, the spray
solution must be prepared in a separate container, before
using the filter provided to fill the sprayer.
Notes
• Before carrying out any maintenance on this sprayer it is
essential to depressurise the bottle.
• New filter bag to washed with clean water before first
use.
This sprayer is made from many different types of plastic,

and although the liquid you wish to spray may be packed
in plastic, this does not guarantee it will not damage the
sprayer.
When filling the sprayer ensure that the maximum fill

level is not exceeded.
Ensure that the pump is screwed into the bottle tightly.

If the sprayer has been used with chemicals, discard
D
safely any unused solution after use.
Fill sprayer with warm water (not hot), re-assemble the
E
sprayer and spray some of the contents. Repeat, and
check that the nozzle is free from sediment. If necessary
repeat the process until the sprayer is clean. NB : Do not
use detergent.
The pump 'O'-ring should be lubricated to allow the

sprayer to pump air efficiently. Apply silicone grease
regularly, to the pump 'O'-Ring (A).
The nozzle cap & swirl grooves (B) should be kept clean
G
and free of obstruction. The 'O'-ring should be lubricated
to allow the spray pattern to be easily changed. Apply
silicone grease regularly, to the nozzle 'O'-Ring (C).
Keep the trigger clean and free from build up of sediment

and chemicals by regularly flushing after use.
Maintenance
• Winter use – drain liquid from all parts and prevent damage
from freezing.
• Annual maintenance – at least once per year, thoroughly
clean the whole sprayer and apply silicone grease to all
moving parts & seals. Test with water, and if any washer or
seal has perished it must be replaced.
• Always use eye protection when replacing valves, seals or
springs.
