Disc Mounting
• Remove the table insert.
• Turn both control flywheels to set the disc axis up to the top and with a 90° cut angle.
• Remove nut and the axis flange.
• Insert the disc in the axis, double check the teeth point towards the front of the equipment.
• Set the flange and the nut in the axis. Tighten the nut turning clockwise. Keep the axis fixed using the included wrenches.
Wear thick leather gloves to mount the disc.
CAUTION
• Set the insert back in the table.
• Verify the disc is aligned with the table slots, using a square set. If the disc is not aligned. Loosen the screw that fix the
table to the cabinet to align it with the disc.
Insert
Mount the Guide Scale
• Travel the guide until it makes contact with the cutting disc. Secure it in that position (A)
• Use a pencil to mark over the guide lane, the place where the red line is. in the pointer window (B).
• Remove the guide and set the scale in the guide lane. Match the zero with the penciled mark (C).
• With the scale secured, set
back the guide. Travel it back
until making contact with the

disc, to verify if the red line

matches with the zero in the
scale already fixed. If not,
loosen the pointer screws and
adjust until it matches. When
done, tighten the screws (D).

Mount the switch
• Mount the magnetic switch under, and in the left-hand side of
the front rail. Use two M6-1 x 12 hex bolts, 1/4" safety washers
and 1/4" flat washers as shown in the image.
