• Before assembling the equipment, unscrew the
packaging pallet from the cabinet base.
• Assemble the equipment in the site it is going to be
operated. On leveled ground and strong enough to
support the weight. Use wedges to level the equipment
in case there is swaying. The site shall have both, good
lighting and ventilation.

Assembly

The equipment includes all the

nuts and bolts needed to
assemble. Also, a set of hex keys
and two wrenches to mount the
disc.
Steps
Using one hex wrench,
remove the metal band
that keeps the motor fixed
in the cabinet. This metal
band is set in the factory
to prevent damage to the
equipment during
transportation and needs
to be removed before
operating the machine.

Using a wire brush and a
file remove any burrs out
of the table edges and
wings to assure a perfect
mounting.
If the wings are leaning
upward or downward,
make a wedge with
masking tape inside the
joint.
