5. Press the SELECT button.
6. Use REVIEW up or down arrow button to choose YES or NO .
7. Press the SELECT button to confirm. If you select YES , all the Phone
Book Directory and memory location memories are cleared. If you want
to start over, press MENU/EXIT to return to the CLEAR ALL MEM menu.
NOTE: You may press the MENU/EXIT button at any step to change the
options or exit the current menu.

ROUBLESHOOTING

In case of difficulty, please check the following Troubleshooting Guide
before seeking service.
No dial tone
• Check installation:
Ensure the telephone line cords are connected to the back of the phone
and the wall jack. Make sure the lines are not damaged?
• Ensure the hook switch pops up when the handset is lifted from the
cradle
• Check the SPEAKER button. Is the indicator off?
• Disconnect the phone from the wall jack and connect another phone to
the same jack. If there is no dial tone in the second phone, the problem
might be your wiring or local service.
Dial tone is OK, but the phone does not dial out.
• Ensure the phone is set for the type of service you are subscribed to.
Other party can not hear you.
• Ensure the handset or headset cord inserted properly and securely?
• Ensure MUTE feature is off.
