When the phone rings, the corresponding line's indicator flashes rapidly.
1. Press the SPEAKER button and the phone automatically selects the
ringing line.
2. When you are finished, press the SPEAKER button.

When the phone rings, the corresponding line's indicator flashes rapidly.
1. Connect the headset plug to the jack on the side of the base.
2. Press the HEADSET button. The HEADSET indicator blinks. Then press
the line button.
3. When you are finished, press the HEADSET button again.
NOTE: Whether you are making or receiving a call, the caller is disconnected
if you press another line without first putting the call on hold.

To switch to the speakerphone, press the SPEAKER button. The
speakerphone indicator turns on.
To switch to the handset, pick up the handset. The speakerphone or
headset turns off.
To switch to the headset, press the HEADSET button to enable the headset.
The headset indicator turns on.

UTE

To have a private, off-line conversation, use the MUTE feature. The party
on the other end of the line cannot hear you, but you can still hear them.
1. Press the MUTE button. The mute indicator turns on.
2. Press MUTE again to turn it off.
NOTE: Switching from speakerphone or headset to handset cancels mute.
