1. Press the MENU/EXIT button.
2. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to ADVANCE FEATURE .
3. Press the SELECT button.
4. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to AUTO CID ERASE .
5. Press the SELECT button.
6. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to choose YES or NO .
7. Press the SELECT button to confirm.
NOTE: You may press the MENU/EXIT button at any step to change the

To delete all unknown caller records simultaneously:
1. Press the MENU/EXIT button.
2. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to ADVANCE FEATURE .
3. Press the SELECT buttons.
4. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to CLEAR UNKNOWNS .
5. Press the SELECT button.
6. Use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to choose YES or NO .
7. Press the SELECT button to confirm.
