5. Once the desired letter is selected,
• use the REVIEW up or down arrow button to move to the next letter,
OR
• press the next character if the character is a different dial button, or
• wait a couple of seconds for the phone to automatically advance to
the next character position.
6. When finished, press STORE. ENTER LOCATION shows in the display.
7. To store data in the Phone Book Directory, press the DIRECTORY
button,
OR
Press a memory location button (1-8).
8. Write the names or numbers in the corresponding memory label
packaged with your telephone.
9. Repeat steps 1-7 for any additional names and numbers you want to
store, up to 99 for directory phone book memory.
10. To cancel the storage procedure at any time, press the MENU/EXIT button.
NOTE: The telephone automatically exits storage mode after 30 seconds if no
keys are pressed.
NOTE: If you use pulse (rotary) service, and want to store all digits in tone
dialing mode, press the * button prior to starting the storage procedure.

TORING THE
1. Press the REDIAL button. The last number dialed displays.
2. Press the SELECT button.
3. Edit the number and add the name as explained in Storing a Number
and Name in Memory.
4. Press the STORE button. ENTER LOCATION shows in the display.
5. Press the DIRECTORY button to store the redial number to the Phone
Book memory or press a memory location button, or press LOWER and
a memory location button.
