• Make cuts in tube to remove damaged areas, then make a 4" long insert/backer for repair. Do not
damage the B-pillar mounting bracket plate. (Refer to Figure 4).

• Insert/backer may be welded into section using four (4) plug welds then solid weld tube fully and dress welds.
(Refer to Figure 5).
