of the numbers are as follows:

2 Revive AA/AAA (to restore AA/AAA batteries)

4 LED for Li-Ion batteries
5 Charging LED for NiMH batteries
6 Charging LED for Li-Ion batteries
7 USB LED
8 USB port
9 Battery holder
10 Connection socket (for wall plug power adapter or car adapter)
11 Fixing rail for Li-Ion batteries
12 Fixing rail unlock for Li-Ion batteries
