PRODUCT DESCRIPTION/INTENDED USE

WARNING: Potential risk of fire or explosion. Never pump gasoline, chemicals, or any corrosive or flammable liquids with the pump. Also do
not operate the pump in an atmosphere that could contain flammable vapors or fumes. Pump water only.
WARNING: Never pump water containing sand, silt, abrasives, solids, or foreign material which can clog the pump and damage the shaft
seal.
NOTE: Use in applications involving salt water or brine will void the warranty. This unit is not designed for that application.
NOTE: When using the pump, always have a suction strainer or a foot valve (not included) installed. If a strainer or a foot valve are not used,
the pump could fail and void the warranty. Clean the strainer and flush out the pump with a garden hose after each use.
This portable utility/sprinkler pump is intended for numerous applications, including sprinkler systems, pumping water from ponds, lakes,
and streams, and increasing city water pressure. The unit operates efficiently on a 115V, 60 Hz, single phase, permanent split capacitor
motor that includes a 6 ft. long, 18 gauge, 3-prong power cord. The motor is maintenance-free. Neither the motor nor bearings require
further lubrication. Additionally, the motor is protected from overheating and damage. It automatically shuts off with sudden rises in
temperature and restarts after cooling down.
The unit has a corrosion-resistant pump with a 1/2 HP ODP motor capable of suction lifts up to 25 ft. and flow rate up to 10.3 GPM at 90ºF
maximum water temperature.
