Mechanical Troubleshooting

Problem
Computer display does not work at all or
partially.
No resistance.
No speed signal.
The home fitness equipment shakes.
The home fitness equipment creates abnormal
noises.

Solution
1. Check power supply.
2. Check cable connections.
3. Replace the computer.
1. Check if the resistance belt is in good condition and well attached to the main frame.
2. Replace resistance belt.
1. Check the upper cable connections.
2. Check if the speed sensor is in the right position.
3. Replace the speed sensor.
4. Replace the computer.
1. Move the equipment to a different place and check if the problem still persists.
1. Check the fit of the stabilizer bolts.
2. Check the end caps.
3. Check whether the pedals are assembled correctly or not, see chapter 'assembly' .
4. Check crank arms, axis, and bearings (if applicable).
