5.Throttle trigger
The throttle trigger controls engine speed.
Pulling and releasing the throttle trigger shown below makes the
engine run faster or slower.
NOTE:
The throttle trigger interlock must be depressed before the throttle
trigger can be activated.
By pulling the throttle trigger
gradually, the engine speed
increases and the cutting
attachment starts to run.
Pull the throttle trigger more to
accelerate the engine speed and
the cutting rotating speed.
By releasing the throttle trigger,
the engine speed decreases and
the cutting attachment keeps
turning for a while by inertia,
then it stops.
Throttle trigger interlock:
The throttle trigger interlock makes the throttle trigger operable. The
throttle trigger cannot be pulled unless the throttle trigger interlock
has been pushed beforehand.
