7.Put the spool onto the cover at the position meet the line holding
notches with the eyelets on the cover. Set the nylon-lines into the
eyelets through the slits on upper side of the eyelets.

8.Meet the eyelet to the eyelet slots of the housing, install the cover
into the housing.

NOTE:
Make sure that the latches of the housing fully spread in each windows
of the cover.
