ROUBLE SHOOTING THE SYSTEM
The NXLCDC Won't Power On.
Double check your connection to the amplifier . The RJ11 should connect between the NXLCDC and the
input of the amplifier. Also check cable and replace if needed.
NXLCDC Can't Find an Amplifier in the Network (WARNING NO DEVICE).
Double check DSP Netlink connections. Make sure the primary address is properly configured on the
amplifier(s). Also if only one amplifier is used for a given address, check to make sure "Multi-Amp
Address" switch is in the off position as explained in the amplifier manual.
Can't Load From Memory.
The NXLCDC has detected a change in the system such as an amplifier or address change. You will
need to adjust and save the settings for the new system configuration to the memory first before you can
read from memory. Also this error message will show if you have not saved to the memory button yet.
No Subwoofer Found. (NO SUB)
The NXLCDC could not find a Mono Amplifier in the system. If you do have a NXS Mono amplifier in the
system, double check the DSP Netlink connections. Also if only one mono amplifier is used for a given
address, check to make sure "Multi-Amp Address" switch is in the "OFF" position as explained in the
amplifier manual.
If you are using a two or four channel NXS Amplifier to power subwoofers in the system, the "LEVEL
CONTROL" switch found on the amplifier can be turned "ON" position to allow the NXLCDC to control the
output level of the amplifier.
