Safety information:
1. When replacing the filter cartridge always switch off the power to the control box.
(see separate instruction: replacing the filter cartridge)
2. When emptying the dust tray always switch off the power to the control box.
(see separate instruction: emptying the dust bin)
3. When replacing the filter cartridge or emptying the dust tray always use
protective gloves and mask.
4. be careful when replacing the filter cartridge, as it's weight can be substantial,
depending on the type of collected particles.
5. the control box should only be opened by an qualified electrician.
6. ear protections should always be used when the cleaning system is serviced as the sound
level is high when the diaphragm valves are activated.
7. filter cartridge hatches must never be opened during operation.
user information,control box
the control box contains a controller card for sequential pulsing in the ram-air™
cleaning system.
the electrical coil on the compressed air valve is activated from the controller card.
a built-in monitoring system checks continuosly the filter condition of the filter cart-
ridge.
cleaning is performed automatically when the pressure
loss over the filter cartridge reaches the pre-set level.
the cleaning goes on until the pre-set time runs out.
the clean card will again check if the pressure switch
is still engaged or not, if so the next cleaning cycle will start and so on.
When the cleaning does not stop after repeated cleaning cycles the filter cartridge
must be changed.
the cleaning can also be started manually by pressing the yellow switch (d).
the cleaning goes on until the pre-set time runs out.
an alarm monitors the electrical circuits in the mobile"one" .
if an error occurs the led (h) is lighted.
control box, starting up the filter
a. start up the filter/fan by turning the main switch in position 1.
When the main switch is turned on the led (a) is on.
b. the fan can be started or stopped by pressing the button (b).
While the fan is running the led (c) is on.
c. the filters self cleaning system is activated automatically by a pressure
governor. in this case the cleaning system automatically starts when the
pressure rises above normal. during cleaning operation the led (i) is on.
the cleaning system will stop when the pressure returns to normal. the
number of cleaning cycles is determined by the adjusted values on the
potentiometers, (f, g) the filter claening can also be started by pressing
button (d). in this case the system will be activated manually.

compressed air connection
for the installation there is a need for compressed air
with an oil/water separator and pressure reducing
valve (regulator).
recomended operating pressure:
max 5 bar./65 lb/sq.in

When using light kit hl-20/24 remove the plug (k).
• Loosen the screws that holds the control panel.
• Remove the control panel.
bring in the cable through the hole in the panel
and connect wires to the block inside. ( see electrical
wiring diagram)
