The velocity value is shown on the display after
the segment test.

Auto Off function
If no button has been pressed in 5 minutes,
the instrument switches itself off automatically.
Changing the battery
The battery has to be changed if the
symbol appears in the display during the
measurement.
Turn the bayonet coupling on the head part to
the left and then press head back. Remove
empty battery and replace with new battery -
Observe polarisation - and close coupling again.
Swivel head.
The display can always
be read.
Flow direction
An arrow on the protective cap shows the flow
direction in which the stick was calibrated and
the best readings obtained.
