6.1 - TICKET DESCRIPTION

The ticket is printed with all the information regarding the date and time of entry into the car
park. This information is written both in plain text and in BARCODE EAN13 (Fig. 2) or BARCODE
2DQR CODE (Fig. 1) format.
Thanks to this coding, when paying, the parking time is calculated together with the amount to
be paid.
This operation is carried out at the Espas 20 P automatic pay station or at the Espas 20T manned
pay station. When the payment is made, a new barcode is generated on the same ticket (AUTO-
MATIC PAY STATION) to allow exiting within the exit time. If the ticket is paid via Espas 20T, a new
ticket is generated for exiting.
GRACE ENTRY TIME
Once the entry ticket is issued, it is possible to exit the car-park using the same ticket at the exit
station within a pre-set time called GRACE TIME. This parameter can be set in the entrance station.
GRACE EXIT TIME
Once payment is made, it is possible to exit the car park with the ticket previously paid at the
automatic pay station, or with the new ticket issued by the Espas 20T manned pay station used
at the exit station within a set time called GRACE EXIT TIME. This parameter can be set in the exit
station.
BLACKLIST
The Espas 20 station is fitted with a blacklist management system that prevents unpleasant
frauds against the car park manager.
In fact, it is impossible to exit the car park submitting the already used ticket more again.
