5 - PASSING SEQUENCES (with ticket, in Normal mode)

Espas 20I detects the presence of a customer with a loop. At this point the display comes on
with the message "PRESS BUTTON OR SHOW SEASON TICKET" and together with the light associ-
ated to the ticket request button.
- the driver must press the button (point C) so that the ticket is issued from the slot
(point E).
A sensor installed on the ticket issue slot enables Espas 20I to activate the opening of the bar-
rier only once the ticket has been collected by the user.
This way, customers cannot enter the car park unless they have a ticket.
Espas 20I will keep the barrier open until the customer drives through and clears it: this is
achieved thanks to the safety loop installed at the barrier arm.
At this point, the barrier stays open until the customer has driven through and cleared the
barrier.
NOTE: If the ticket is taken and the driver frees the detection loop going in the opposite di-
rection, the barrier will close within the time set by the operator if the detection look is not
occupied. Default parameter 6 sec.)
