PROBLEMS?
THE VEHICLE DOES NOT WORK?
• Check that there are no disconnected cables under
the accelerator plate.
• Check the operation of the accelerator button and
replace it if necessary.
• Check that the battery is connected to the
electrical system.
THE VEHICLE LACKS POWER?
• Charge the batteries. If after charging the problem
persists, have the battery and charger checked by

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
THE VEHICLE MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY ADULTS.
BEWARE WHEN EXTRACTING THE VEHICLE
FROM THE PACKAGING.
ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS AND SMALL
COMPONENTS ARE STORED IN A BAG INSIDE
THE PACKAGING.
THE BATTERY MAY ALREADY BE INSTALLED.
Do not use the toy if you find it damaged after
opening the packaging. Contact the shop where you
bought it or the customer support centre.
Take care in the presence of children while
assembling the toy, given the risks caused by small
parts (ingestion hazard) and the plastic bags that
contain them (choking hazard).
To assemble the toy, you will need a flat-head
screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, a hammer, and a
pair of pliers.
ASSEMBLY
1 • Turn the vehicle upside down. Position the
central section of the rear bumper as shown in
the figure.
2 • Rotate the bumper upwards into the correct
position (1). Press on the areas identified by the
arrows (2), as shown in the figure.
3 • Fasten the rear bumper using the 4 screws
supplied.
4 • Position the hood. To attach it, press where
indicated by the arrow.
5 • Apply the corresponding sticker to the
dashboard (see sticker sheet).
6 • Position the dashboard onto the product.
7 • Secure the dashboard with the 4 supplied
screws, following the instructions in the screw
packet.
8 • Place the item onto its side and loosen the 2
fixing screws of the front axle.
• Remove the front axle.
9 • Insert the steering shaft right in, as shown in the
figure. The steering shaft must stick out of the
dashboard (see detail A).
10 • Put the front axle back making sure the steering
shaft you have just inserted is included in the
front part of the axle.
• Tighten the front axle's two screws.
11 • Insert the door handle into the specifically
designed areas of the bodywork. Warning: the
door handles are not symmetrical. To distinguish
between, follow this pattern: DX - right, SX- left.
12 • Secure the handle as shown in the figure.
13 • Assemble the rear-view mirror combining the
two pieces. Secure them together with the
supplied screw.
• Repeat the procedure with the other rear-view
mirror.
14 • Insert the rear-view mirror as shown in the
figure, pressing on the point shown (A) to make
insertion easier;
15 • To secure the rear-view mirror, use the supplied
screw.
• Lay the product onto the opposite side and
assemble the remaining door handle and rear-
view mirror.
• Put the product back to its original position
(standing on four wheels).
16 • Snap fit the cover of the gear lever making sure
the two parts are correctly aligned.
17 • Snap fit the part shown in the figure onto the
back of the car.
18 • Snap fit the Fiat logo.
19 • Assemble the rear bumper by pressing on the
anchoring points as shown in the figure.
20 • Position the reflective cardboard inside the two
rear lamps.
21 • Assemble the rear lamps by inserting the upper
part (1), rotating the lamp (2) and pressing the
lower part until it locks into place.
22 • Snap fit the remaining Fiat logo on the front of
the product.
23 • Apply sticker number 18.
24 • Snap fit the insertions on the side of the Fiat
logo.
25 • Insert the part of the front bumper the arrow is
pointing to (1) into the specific hole in the
bodywork.Rotate and press on the opposite side
to fully lock in place (2). Warning: the front
bumper is made of two parts, DX and SX (see
pattern).
26 • Snap fit the front grille.
27 • Position the reflective cardboard inside the two
front lamps. Follow the instructions to insert the
right piece of cardboard into each lamp.
28 • Assemble the front lamps by inserting the upper
part (1), rotating the lamp (2) and pressing the
lower part until it locks into place.
29 • Repeat the procedure for the two smaller lamps.
Position the reflective cardboard pieces inside
them.
30 • Apply the two lamps making sure the DX lamp is
on the right of the vehicle and the SX lamp is on
the left. Note: 'left' and 'right' are the left and
right of a person seated inside the car.
31 • Snap fit the four caps onto the wheels, making
sure the tabs match the holes on the wheel rims.
32 • Install the spoiler on the sunroof inserting it in
the two slots.
33 • Tighten it from the back using the 3 screws
provided.
34 • Insert the unit you have just assembled into the
corresponding slots on the bodywork.
35 • Tighten it using the 2 screws provided.
36 • Press the button as shown in the figure and lift
the hood.
37 • Insert the three pieces of the false motor.
• The false motor is an additional toy for children
who can enjoy themselves putting it together like
a puzzle.
38 • Position the windshield by inserting the three
tabs into the front of the dashboard.
39 • Secure the windshield with the two supplied
screws (one per side).
40 • Join the two parts of the steering wheel (steering
wheel and underlying sleeve) matching the two
pieces.
41 • Assembling the horn:
1- insert the spring;
2- remove the plastic tab from the sound
module.The sound module comes with 3 RL44
batteries and is ready to use.
3- insert the sound module so that the side with
the hole is facing downwards.
42 • Align the notches of the horn cover with the
sleeve and snap fit them onto the steering wheel.
43 • Assemble the steering wheel keeping the shaft
still with the other hand. Make sure the holes in
the steering wheel are aligned with those of the
steering shaft.
44 • Insert the nut in the hexagonal hole of the
steering wheel and the screw in the circular
hole. Tighten until possible.
45 • Connect the battery plug to the plug of the
electrical system.
46 • Position the seat by inserting the back of the
back rest into the hole of the bodywork, as
shown in the figure (1). Rotate the seat into
position (2)
47 • Secure the seat by rotating the pin with the help
of a tool or a coin.
A: saddle open
B: saddle closed.
• Stick on the remaining stickers as numbered.
• The vehicle is ready to use. Place both hands on
the steering wheel and press the accelerator
pedal with your foot.
VEHICLE FEATURES AND
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
48 • CABIN:
A: glove compartment
B: horn with real Fiat 500 sounds
C: ignition key (toy key only)
D: gear lever (1 speed + reverse)
E: electric accelerator/brake pedal. Lifting the
foot off the pedal automatically activates the
break.
49 • MOTOR COMPARTMENT: if the false motor is
removed, this compartment can be used for
storage.
50 • GEAR LEVER: pushing the gear lever forwards
makes the vehicle reverse. Warning: always keep
the left hand on the steering wheel to avoid
collisions.
REPLACING THE LR44 BATTERIES
51 • The horn works with 3 button cell LR44
batteries in the sound module. To replace them,
unlock the sleeve and the horn cover by pushing
the fastening tabs from under the steering wheel.
52 • Extract the sound module and loosen the screw
of the cover of the battery compartment.
53 • Remove the flat batteries and replace them with
new batteries of the same kind. Ensure polarity is
right. Re-assemble all the parts.

54 • Rotate the fixing lock of the seat. Remove the
seat. Loosen the screws of the battery holder.
