3. Operation Instructions

Caution:
Before installing the soldering station, check whether the power supply voltage used is the same as the rated voltage on the
nameplate.

3.1 Use of Soldering Iron Stand and Sponge

1） Wet and wring out a small piece of cleaning sponge and place it in the groove of the soldering iron stand base.
2） Pour water to the soldering iron stand, without exceeding the middle projection. The small sponge absorbs water to keep the large
sponge placed on it wet（you can use a large sponge directly）.
3） Then wet the large cleaning sponge and place it on the base of the soldering iron stand.
Caution: If the sponge becomes dry during working, add some water to wet it.

3.2 Connection

Caution:
When installing or disassembling the soldering station, be sure to turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug to avoid
damaging the soldering station or causing any accident.
1） Plug the connecting plug of the soldering iron handle wire into the socket on the front of the soldering station in a correct
way.
2） Place the soldering iron handle on the soldering iron stand.
3） Plug the power plug into the three-terminal grounding socket with the appropriate voltage.
4） Connect one end of the grounding wire to the earth jack of the soldering station and the other end to the ground.
5） Turn on the power switch.
