Heating up or keeping liquids warm
The device is ideally suited for heating liquids, punch or mulled wine. Fill the appliance to a maximum of 4 cm
below the upper edge of the housing, otherwise the liquid may overflow.
1. Put the lid on and set the desired temperature. Turn the switch counterclockwise to continuous operation
(Cont.). The liquid will now be kept warm.
2. Stir the liquid regularly so that the heat is evenly distributed. When the desired temperature is reached, a
beep will sound. The on / off switch may now be set to „0".
3. Remove the heated liquid with a ladle.
NOTE
Regular stirring will enable you to obtain uniform heating, while at the same time preventing soups or stews
from burning on the bottom of the appliance.
