Capitolo Norme per evitare infortuni durante la manutenzione
Gli interventi di manutenzione dovranno essere eseguiti soltanto dopo che il motoriduttore sia posto
nella modalità di sicurezza. Questo avviene procedendo con l'apertura dell'interruttore omnipolare
posizionato sul comando d'avviamento e verificando che questo non possa essere riarmato durante
l'operazione di manutenzione (chiusura con chiave, segnalazione, ecc.)
Nota per l'utente: Sono vietate le operazioni di manutenzione o verifiche del motoriduttore effettuate
da personale non qualificato.

DOTAZIONE DI SERIE

Distanziatori pulegge 220 mm.
Adattatori Ø 48 mm (o Ø 42 mm).
Cavo, guaina e maniglia per sblocco manuale
2 cavi elettrici, uno di potenza e l'altro per manovra, uniti al connettore.
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO (Fig. 3, 4 e 5)
Ubicare il motoriduttore, preferibilmente, nella posizione centrale dell'albero, in funzione della
posizione del motore e dell'uscita dei fili. (Fig. 3)
Realizzare 3 fori sul tubo dell'albero centrale (Fig. 3), uno con Ø 10,5 mm affinché il motoriduttore
non ruoti, un altro con Ø 15 mm per i fili elettrici e l'ultimo con 10 mm per la guaina ed il cavo
dell'elettrofreno.
Separare la puleggia (Fig. 4) svitando le 2 viti di M8x25 mediante una chiave Allen di 6 mm.
Togliere il cuscinetto a rulli, prestando attenzione a non piegare, procedendo successivamente ad
collocarlo in un luogo pulito.
Separare la fascetta supporto, svitando le 4 viti con la chiave Allen di 6 mm.
Accoppiare il corpo del motore sul tubo della serranda e ricollocare la fascetta di supporto avvitando
le 4 viti.
Se il tubo non ha un Ø di 60 mm. utilizzare l'adattatore di Ø 48 mm (o Ø 42 mm).
Avvitare completamente la vite esagonale M10x40 per il completo inserimento nel foro di Ø 10,5
mm. realizzato precedentemente. Inserire il cuscinetto nell'apposita sede.
Montare la puleggia riaccoppiando le due parti e avvitando bene le viti.
Verificare che l'adattatore della corona sia stato perfettamente inserito.
Avvitare la vite M10x40 fino a stringere il tubo e serrare il dado fino a bloccarlo. Il motoriduttore
dovrà restare completamente fissato ed allineato.
Successivamente procedere ad introdurre la guaina ed il cavo dello sblocco attraverso il tubo della
serranda per il foro di Ø 10 mm realizzato precedentemente. Procedere, poi, a montare lo sblocco
manuale. Lasciare il cavo senza curve accentuate.
Realizzare un foro da Ø 12 mm sull'ultima lamina della serranda, in corrispondenza del foro ed il
dado M10 della puleggia (se la serranda è ondulata o ha una composizione con elementi irregolari,
occorrerà accoppiare alla puleggia del Rolli 90 un elemento metallico piatto di c.a. 1 mt.).
COLLAUDO MANUALE
Procedere a sbloccare il motoriduttore. Da quel momento la puleggia dovrà essere in grado di
ruotare liberamente. Verificare manualmente che la
tutto è conforme a quanto descritto, l'installazione è avvenuta in modo corretto.

CONNECTIONS
Insert the electrical wires into the door's tube through the Ø 15 mm hole. Plug the engine switch to
the wires and connect the loose wires with Faston connectors to the unlocking device.

Follow the instructions that come with the Rolli DC 24 electrical equipment to connect the engine
and the additional connections like photocells, safety belts and other elements.If necessary, clamp
the wires and connectors to prevent them from rubbing with the mobile parts of the door.
SAFETY RULE: The supply wires must be protected with a differential switch.
