Screw stud
1
• The screw stud is used with serrated cutting discs,
abrasive discs and polishing discs.
1. Fit the Stud (A) into the Rotary-tool as you do the other
accessories. (See page 7 "Installing accessories").

2. Using the screw (B), secure the disc you need, firmly
tightened with the screwdriver tip in the accessory

adjusting wrench (C). While tightening the disc, keep the
shaft lock depressed (D).
CAUTION
• Use care not
tightening the discs in excess. They
might break.

Drum sander stud
1. Insert the drum sander stud (A) in the grain sander (B)
more suitable for the job.
2. Install the stud in the Rotary-Tool as you do for the other
accessories. (See page 7 "Installing accessories").
3. Tighten the stud screw (C) ) to secure the sander. Keep

the shaft locked (D) pressed while tightening the screw.
